Three dizzy leaves, resting in peace.

Trees lose their leaves as a means of self-preservation. If the trees held on to their leaves and continued to make food through freezing temperatures, irreparable damage could be done.

Do you give yourself time to rest? Have you established routines to assess your needs and change course when conditions are damaging?

Self-preservation is essential to life. I am in awe of my teacher, nature.
