How Artifical Intelligence Will Effect Humans

Artificial intelligence is the development of smart machines that collect data about the world and make a prediction in the short and long term. When we hear about AI the first thing in our mind comes that it is kind of the robot that is made to do all the things that humans can do because of perception we have made from movies. Nowadays AI is widely used in different fields like technology, healthcare, banking, and manufacturing. AI can be further divided into two parts weak and strong. Weak AI is made to do a simple task like you ask a question and it answers it Amazons Alexa and Siri. On the other hand, strong AI is made to deal with a complicated task. Elon Musk company’s Tesla self-driving car is one of the big examples of strong AI. As the AI can help in making a quick decision like if there is a chance of collision between two cars it can calculate the massive amount of data within seconds and will make a decision in which there will be the least amount of damage to a person sitting in a car.

Marketing and AI

Most of the companies like Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, and Google are using AI. They usually interpret the data from the user’s profile and provide a highly relevant product. Moreover, product pricing can be changed too with the AI in the equation like hotel rates depend on the season but with AI user’s data will be collected and discounts will be given according to how much consumers are willing to pay to make a sale.

Will it replace jobs of human in the future?

One big concern is that it will replace human jobs and people will be moved out of the workforce like recently there was a famous video on Facebook about dominos self-driving delivery car. With the introduction of these self-driving delivery car, a lot of people will be moved out Moreover, as the factories are becoming fully automated humans will be replaced by machines because machines can work longer and faster without rest. Most people believe that AI will become so develop that human will not be able to cope up with them

Human emotions and AI

Many line of work such as driving a car in crowded street and negotiating the business deal requires understand human’s emotions like if a kid is going to jump on the road or the person in the suit will take your money and will disappear as long as these emotions are generated by humans being it is difficult to replace them.
